P.A. Brown offers a captivating foray into the strange and enigmatic. The
author's commitment to the environment subtly weaves its way through
the narrative, adding a heartfelt dimension to the tales. If you're keen
on unexplained phenomena, ancient stonework, and enjoy a slight chill
running down your spine, this is a journey you wouldn't want to miss!
It's a testament to Brown's talent for capturing the eeriness of the
unknown while firmly grounding it in the world we know.

Great read and based on truth! Great
read, and I especially love that these stories and strange encounters
are actually based on real events and real happenings observed by
people. Must pay a visit to the Isle of Skye soon! (or not lol) :) Would
recommend the read!

True or not true ... h'mm. I enjoyed reading this book! You'll learn what a souterrain is as well as some far-fetched tales from the UK that have an X-files feel to them. The author has written five tall tales with varying degrees of plausibility. These stories are written as they actually happened or as close to it as possible. If you like being creeped out by something that might actually have happened (possibly, maybe), then buy this book!

Fun Book! This book has an interesting take on scary stories because it
gives a sense of truth to them as there is a "truth scale' for each
tale. The author has an engaging writing style too. Highly recommended!

Missed Halloween but still an entertaining quick read. Basically five short stories all in one book. Had a solid time with them even though this was after Halloween. While entertaining for what they are, I don't see myself rereading them again. Just not a fan of self-contained one offs.
